About the OTLL

The Office for Teaching and Learning in Law supports the Faculty to achieve its aim of providing outstanding legal education to a diverse community across all programs (JD, LLB, Graduate Programs, RHD) by:

  • Providing leadership and support in learning and teaching within the Faculty in a way that complements the support available from other University bodies and that reflects the size and diversity of the faculty and its programs
  • Coordinating and raising the profile of learning and legal skills enhancement opportunities, programs and resources for students
  • Coordinating academic induction, professional development opportunities and teaching resources for academic staff
  • Undertaking research, policy development and support to management in relevant areas of legal education and educational technology
  • Monitoring and supporting the progress of students from diverse backgrounds.
